Hey there! Thank you so much for finding my website. I'm Sofie, a freelance sound engineer specializing in audio production services.
My journey in the industry began when I was just 15, when I got the opportunity to work with a local group of folkies. I learned how to make things louder at a small festival with a local audio company based in Somerset. They taught me everything they knew, igniting a passion I've been nurturing for over 10 years.
By the time I was 19, I was working as a live sound technician at the Joiners in Southampton, a place I'd been going to since I was a kid. I moved to London in April 2019 to do some training with Britannia Row Productions, and I've been working for myself ever since.
With over a decade honing my craft, I'm all ears for your next event!
Striving to provide the best possible service and experience to musicians, having learnt monitor mixing from festivals, through IEM's increasing popularity, I know what 6kHz feels like!

Sennheiser and Shure wireless masterclass frequenter! I enjoy learning straight from the manufactures, fellow professionals with passion and dedication for the best possible service to clients
Mixing local bands in small spaces, and growing into bigger rooms as they did for years, means I still use ol'analogue tricks in the mix. An Engineer, I was lucky enough to tour with, taught me the art of not being "Too loud" and leaving "space".
Having patched festival stages since before I even knew what "patching" was, I bring a heavily coloured, and coded spreadsheet, and a love of stage Sudoku.
